How do I search for availability?

To use the portal's search engine, entering the desired characteristics ( destination, duration of stay, number of rooms, number of adults/childrens). When you click on the search button a list of available accommodations meeting your search parameters will be displayed. Once you see the list, you can visit the hotel's details by clicking on its photos or on the hotel details button.You can make your booking here.

How long does it take to receive a response to my booking?

The booking confirmation is given INSTANTLY because room availability is constantly updated in the system. In any case each individual hotel is solely responsible for everything concerning booking management through the system. When hotels join the network, they undertake to constantly update their data on room availability.

What is the payament method?

The price of requested room is confirmed by Globtour Montenegro. Your credit card is charged for the cost indicated at time of purchase. Prices and rooms availability are not guaranteed until the online payment is received.

Do I pay a reservation fee?

No, we will not charge you a reservation fee.

Is breakfast included in the price?

Once you have retrieved the availability for a specific hotel for the requested dates, please click on the room name to find information about breakfast, taxes and room facilities.

Do you offer special discounts (for seniors, airlines employees, etc.)?

We provide the best available rates for the dates of your stay. Discounts are already included and therefore it is not possible to have any other discount on the confirmed price.

I do not have a credit card. Can I still book a room?

Unfortunately we are not able to process any reservation without a credit card.

Can I book a hotel room by telephone or email?

Unfortunately, we do not take bookings by telephone or email.

I have booked a hotel but I did not receive a confirmation by email. What do I have to do?

When you make a booking, please check your email address. A confirmation email should arrive within a couple of minutes of your booking. The most common reason for not getting a confirmation email is typing your email address incorrectly. Therefore, please double check your email address and make sure your mailbox is not full before finalizing your reservation. Also, in some cases (e.g. if your spam filter settings are too strict) the confirmation email may end up in your 'Spam' folder. If you do not receive an email after you have made a booking, please send a message with your booking number and details.

Safety/Privacy

The information requested during payment is necessary for the hotel and reservation to manage the booking request. All information is strictly confidential and shall be transmitted via an encrypted channel that ensures privacy. Your credit card data, necessary to guarantee booking, is also transmitted through safe, on the protected bank server (SSL Secure Server).

How do I cancel a reservation?

If you wish to cancel your reservation for any reason you must telephone or send an e-mail to Globtour Montenegro before the time indicated by the Hotel in the section 'cancellation policy'. Be ready to quote the information contained in your Reservation Confirmation. If you cancel your reservation within the days indicated by the Hotel in the Cancellation Policy Section of the Reservation Confirmation we will send you back money on your credit card. If you cancel your reservation after the days indicated by the Hotel in the Cancellation Policy Section of the Reservation Confirmation the hotel have the right to Charge your credit card for the total price of nights reserved. Cancellation is not valid by any other method.

How do I know that my booking has been cancelled?

After you have cancelled a booking, you will receive an email to confirm your cancellation. If you do not receive the cancellation email, please send a message with your booking number and details to our booking department.

How will I know the pick-up times and locations?

The main pick-up points for our excursions are shown on a map on our site. In addition, once you have reserved your specific trips we will contact you by email with a specific pick-up location and time, as well as to check if you have any specific requirements.

Can I be picked up from my hotel?

Yes. Many of our pick-up points are from hotels. However, there are some which are not readily accessible by coaches. In these cases we would send an alternative pick up point that is rarely more than a few minutes away on foot.

Is the pick-up and drop-off included in the price of the excursion?

Yes, the price includes the pick-up and drop-off from the designated pick-up point.

Is the service of a guide included in the price?

Yes, our prices include the service of a fully licensed tour guide for all our excursions.

Are all excursions conducted with guides?

All of our land excursions are conducted with fully licensed professional guides.

Are meals included in the price of your excursions?

Meals are included in our full day excursions, as well as in our evening excursions.

Are there any hidden costs that we should be aware of?

Not at all. The price of our excursions includes all entrances to any attractions mentioned in the description, unless where otherwise stipulated.

How long are the excursions?

Our half day excursions are approximately four hours long, while our full day excursions are around eight hours long. Our evening excursions will entertain you for approximately five hours.

When a reservation is made, will I be given a voucher to present on tour?

Once you have booked your sightseeing events with us, you will receive a confirmation by email. This may be printed and presented on the day of the tour at the pick-up point.

If an excursion is cancelled or postponed, am I entitled to a refund?

Yes you are. If any of our excursions are cancelled or postponed, we will reverse your payment and refund you in full.

Once a reservation has been made is it possible to alter dates, the number of people attending or even the choice of the excursion?

Yes, we are able to accept any changes as long as the request is made 24 hours before the stipulated pick-up time. We also offer a refund if you reduce the number of guests in your party, or your money back should you cancel your sightseeing plans 24 hours before departure time.

Is it possible to organise private excursions in Montenegro?

Yes, we organise private excursions that can be customised to your wishes. We can cater for individuals, as well as groups, and can meet all of your sightseeing requests. Private tours will have their own guide and transport and we can arrange specific pick-up times, locations, itineraries and durations for your tour.

If we are visiting Montenegro on a cruise liner for just one day, would it be possible to organise an excursion?

Yes, we have a number of excursions that are available for guests arriving on a cruise liner for the day. The excursions available will depend on the arrival time of the vessel and the duration of its stay. The pick-up and drop-off locations will be the cruise liner terminal. You can make your booking here.

Is it possible to organise excursions for groups?

Yes, we can organise one or more excursions for groups that are tailor made to your requests. Groups of 12 or more will also be able to benefit from better prices and we can also design specific packages to ensure their Montenegro sightseeing is memorable.

What type of car do I really need?

Think carefully about how much time you will spend in the vehicle and how much room do you need for passengers and baggage. Our suggestion is to make a decision based on comfort, not just the price.

How are rates calculated?

The rates are based on a 24 hour rental day starting with the hour you pick up the vehicle.

How old do I have to be to rent a car from Globtour?

The renter must be at least 21 years of age.

How can I ensure I receive the best rate available?

Globtour guarantees that you will get our best rate online. You can book directly from our home page, or browse through our deals to see special offers.

Can I collect the vehicle on and return it to the airport?

Yes. A vehicle you can pick up at our airport locations at Tivat and Podgorica airports.

What if I have to change the period or cancel my reservation?

You can change or cancel the arranged period as late as two days before the arranged date. You can change the period without any compensation.

What happens if keep the vehicle after the arranged period expires?

It is necessary for you to contact us a day before the arranged period for returning the car expires, so our office can check if you can continue with the rent, or you have to return the vehicle because it had been arranged for anew rent in the meantime.

What happens if I return the vehicle before the arranged date?

The agency will charge the full amount for the arranged number of days. There is no refund if the rent ends before the arranged date.

What to do in case of any accident or damage to the vehicle?

All cars have full casco insurance! In case of any traffic accident on the road, beside the police, immediately contact Globtour, car rentals Budva. In the event of any malfunction of the vehicle also contact us and every problem will be solved in the shortest period of time.

Which personal documents do I need when renting a vehicle?

You need to have valid driver’s license issued in your name in the state where your residence is, and personal document with a photo.

Reservation: how is it possible to contact the head office of Globtour Montenegro?

Globtoru Montenegro Transfer Service is active 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and it is possible to contact the Call Center calling the number +382 33 451 020 or +382 69 069 316.

What happens if my flight arrives late?

If you know of the delay of the flight, please inform the Globtour Montenegro. The driver will attend you up to your arrival.

How can I find my driver at the airport?

The driver will wait for you with the poster Globtour Montenegro with your name at the exit room into the arrivals hall, after the customs. For other arrivals, for instance at the Railway Station, to the head of train; at the port, on the wharf where the disembarkation of the passengers is anticipated.

What happens if I cannot find my driver at the airport?

You have to call the Head Office of Globtour Montenegro which immediately get you in touch with your driver.

Reservation: Can I change the date of my transfer?

Yes, subject to availability and our terms and conditions.

I need a child seat, what can I do?

You have to insert the request in the proper space during the reservation, also pointing out the age of children in the special space "Particular Requests".
