The resort consist of several separate buildings or villas, each one has a name of some Mediterranean plant - camellia, oleander, lemon, olive… Properly marked and interconnected accommodation units ensure an easy mobility of guests through the resort.

Rooms and apartments are furnished with standard hotel equipment: a bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, fridge, cable TV, air-conditioning, baby cot on request.

The hotel has an outdoor and indoor parking which guests may use at an extra charge. Free access to wireless network is at disposal of guests in Slovenska plaza Lux 4* at all public points – the Reception Desk, Lobby, Pool, Play Centre. The hotel provides additional offer such as beauty and hairdresser salons, newsstand, gallery... Separate restaurant for the 4* category is located in Villa Magnolia. Meals are served in a buffet style. In addition to a full board restaurant, Slovenska Plaza offers two more restaurants and three bars.

Only twenty meters away from the holiday resort there is the most famous and the longest beach in Budva named Slovenska Plaza, 1600 m long. An outdoor pool with sunbeds and umbrellas (inclusive) as well as kids pool are available within the resort.

The youngest guests can play on an area of 300 m2: trampoline, slide and many other contents. Diverse animation and sport programs complete the offer of Slovenska plaza and attract a lot of guests.
